When an individual aspire to be something great, it take not just about talk and morale but also hard work, diligence, determination and patience. Greatness differs among people and places. Greatness for one might be painting the Mona Lisa and for another building the titanic. For some greatness is achieved individually and for others greatness is collectively enjoyed.
